UK Postage is charged at checkout on a sliding scale as follows:

Orders between
£0-£10 in value - £2.50
£10-£35 in value - £3.50
£35-£80 in value - £4.50
£80-£105 in value - £5.50
Over £105 - £6.50

Overseas delivery will be a little more, please contact me for costs.

Delivery

Orders paid for electronically (via Paypal) are sent within 48 hours by first class mail.

Orders paid for by cheque or postal order are sent 7 working days after receipt of cheque to allow for clearance.

Orders sent outside the UK are posted using Air Mail or courier depending on weight.

Returns

I am unable to accept returns of full kits or patterns, but If, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any tools or separates  you have purchased and received, please return them in clean and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and I will issue a refund if appropriate.

Please note that due to copyright considerations, patterns will only be considered for refund if they are faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and the following methods of payment are accepted:

Sterling Cheque
Postal order

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please email me and I will send an invoice by return.

Security

PayPal is a secure system which means that I do not receive your credit card or bank account details - just a list of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron. The default payment method is Paypal, however, if you wish to pay by any other method listed above, please contact me via the Contact Form and I will send an invoice by return email. All sizes quoted are approximate, please contact me if you require components for a project where sizing accuracy is very important.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing. I reserve the right to increase prices.
